Pie Dish Bistro is named after a play by the Irish writer George Fitzmaurice who owned one of the Georgian houses that is part of the hotel. The restaurant masterfully combines a modern glass Atrium with two restored Georgian Dining Rooms. Pie Dish serves a Full Irish Buffet Breakfast from 07:00 - 10:30 Monday to Friday and from 07:30 - 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday . The Pie Dish can cater or private dinners for up to 85 people
