DUBLIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Our central Dublin hotel is located 16kms from Dublin International Airport or approximately 23 minutes when travelling off peak by car/taxi.
Via Airlink (between 30 – 60 minutes):
The Airlink 757 is a new route from Dublin Bus which serves the south side of Dublin City, and goes as far as Camden (Charlotte Way and Harcourt Street), with stops at Grand Canal Dock, Pearse Street, Merrion Square, St. Stephen’s Green, Earlsfort Terrace and Adelaide road.
There is a stop beside the Davenport, Mont Clare, Alexander and Stephen’s Green Hotel.
Buses are every 20 minutes and tickets are €6 for a single or €10 return.

Via Taxi (up to 30 minutes):There is a taxi rank at the airport just outside the main door of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. You can easily get a taxi from here at day or night and it will cost approximately €25.00/€30.00 depending on traffic.
Via Car (up to 30 minutes):You can travel via the city centre or the toll bridge. At peak times we recommend going via the toll.
MAIN DUBLIN CITY TRAIN STATIONS
From Heuston Station a taxi will take approximately 10 minutes to the hotel.
BUS SERVICES FROM THE HOTEL:
The Stephens Green Hotel is located in Dublin city centre and there are a number of bus routes which pass the hotel, please contact reception for advice on which bus is most suitable for your journey.
LUAS SERVICES FROM THE HOTEL
The LUAS Green line passes the hotel and the line terminates at St Stephens green across the road from the hotel. The Green lines services destinations such as Ranelagh, Dundrum Town Centre and Sandyford business park/ For LUAS timetable and stops please follow this link.
DUN LAOGHAIRE FERRY TERMINAL
Via Car (up to 20 minutes):
The hotel is located approx 8km from Dun Laoghaire ferry terminal, approximately 17 minutes by car.
When you arrive in Dun Laoghaire, take DART rail service in the direction of the city centre to Pearse Street station which is closest to the hotel. A taxi from Pearse Street station to the hotel will take approximately 7 minutes.
DUBLIN FERRY TERMINAL
Via Car (up to 20 minutes):
Dublin Ferry Terminal is 7km from the hotel, approximately 18 minutes by car via the quays
Royal College of Surgeons, Q Park
The Royal College of Surgeons car park is a two minute walk from the hotel.
The new tariffs for our guests as of the 15th August 2015 are the following:
- Hourly Rate of EUR 4.00
- 24 Hour Rate of EUR 17.50
- Evening/Overnight Rate of EUR 10.00 from 5pm until 10am
You can use the space in front of the hotel to stop and briefly drop bags into the lobby. This is not a parking area just a drop off zone.
Head northwest on Harcourt Street towards St Stephens’s Green and continue straight onto St Stephens’s Green. Turn left onto York Street then turn right onto Mercer Street Lower. Take the 1st right and your destination will be on your left.
